!!!Announcement!!!! Alpha One antivirus has been distributing itself over social networking sites at an alarming rate. This program is a false antivirus program and is in fact a virus in itself. It is very dangerous and can steal information, infect files, and corrupt your operating system. If you see this pop up on your computer, please bring it to the Student Computing CRIB as soon as possible. To prevent infection, exercise caution on social networking sites. Do not download files from facebook, myspace, or other social networking sites. If a video asks you to download a codec, decline and try to find the video elsewhere.
