simulation can serve as portal to eLearning settings and as a common resource
across several different eCourses. Presented by Sharon Dole and Lisa Bloom.
Sharon Dole (dole@email.wcu.edu) is an associate
professor of special education in the Department of Human Services at WCU. As
director of the special education program, she coordinates the distance MAT,
MAED, and AIG licensure programs. Dr. Dole has designed and taught nine
different online courses at WCU.
Lisa Bloom (bloom@email.wcu.edu) heads the Department of Human Services and serves as Professor in WCU’s College of Education and Allied Professions. She teaches in Special Education. For several years she has collaborated with her co-presenter, Sharon Dole, in developing and teaching online courses. Lisa earned her doctorate at West Virginia University. She joined the WCU faculty in 1989.
