Milton (Buddy) Tignor (mtignor@haywood.edu) holds a Ph.D. in Horticulture Science from the University of Florida. He has been adapting information technology for teaching purposes for 15 years. In the last year he developed 9 online courses for Haywood Community College and was first author on a 2007 paper in HortTechnology entitled Multi-institutional cooperation to develop digital media for interactive greenhouse education.
