This is the toolbar for editing inside the blog/wiki server. Each tool will be covered in depth below.
1. Paragraph Style Tool

This tool affects all the text between paragraph markers. If you want to change text to a header, for example, the heading for this entry is set to Header 2, you choose the style here.
2. List Settings Tool
List settings allow you to make either bulleted or ordered lists. A bulleted list just shows the bullet symbol before each item, ordered lists are numbered in outline formats. Use the < Outdent List and > Indent List buttons to make the level of indentation for any given list item change.
3. Text Style Tool
The options for the text style tool are very straightforward. If you want to make some text bold, or italic, you choose it from this menu.
You can combine items such as this bold italic text as well.
4. Link Tool
The Link tool is used to make links to new pages, or external web pages.
- New page creates a link to a new page in the site. It links the text and creates the page that the text is linked to.
- Search allows you to search for any term within the wiki/blog and create a link to the resultant page.
- Enter URL allows you to specify a link to an outside resource
- Unlink removes the links from your text. It will not remove the page that is being linked to.
5. Insert media
Insert media allows you to link to audio, video or image files directly in your page/post. You can also choose how the image/video/audio lines up on the page by choosing the appropriate image from the alignment section. Items that are added this way actually show up in the body of the page.
6. Add attachment
Adding an attachment can be used for any sort of file you would like to attach. This could be a pdf, word doc, excel spreadsheet, video, audio, etc.
Files that are attached are available for download by clicking on the resultant link file that looks like this:
7. Table editor
Allows you to create simple tables on your page/post
8. HTML Editor
If you want to edit the raw HTML for a wiki/blog post, you can do so here. Some items are stripped out from raw html, so you may not get the exact results you expect.
