These directions will show you how to use CoreFTP to make a ssh/sftp connection from a Windows based PC.
Launch CoreFTP.
Enter Site Manager settings as shown below. For your Username, use your 92# and PIN if you are a student, or your email username and password if you are faculty or staff.
Make sure all the other settings are set as below. Once set, click the Advanced Button.
Advanced Settings: Click the Directory/Folder link and fill in as shown. Enter your folder name as supplied to you when your account was created. Usually this is your first name initial and last name. If your name was Joe User, your folder name would be juser. Enter this information and click OK.
Click the Connect button at the bottom of the Site Manager window.
If you see the following window, click yes:
You will now be looking at the Main CoreFTP window. Your local machine is on the left, the server folders are on the right. You can drag and drop files between the local machine and the server in this window.
